We now accept orders through our online ordering system where you can choose exactly what you want and it is super easy! We understand that sometimes it is hard to get through on phone calls due to multiple calls or being busy. Skip the wait in calls and order online. Please note that once you place an order, depending on the amount of tickets we currently have the wait times can vary from 10 minutes up to 45 minutes. Once you place your order using “As soon as possible” our staff will select an estimated wait time otherwise if you need it finished at a certain time, you can pre schedule your order for that time. FAQs
How will i pay after ordering?
We currently do not accept online payments, once you have ordered you will be required to pick it up and pay once you arrive. We accept cash, credit, paywave and eftpos, there is a surcharge using paywave and credit.
can i add more after placing order?
If you have already placed an order and you forgot an item, wanted to add extra, or put in an extra note then there are two options available. Firstly just give us a call and we can update your order for you, or secondly you can send through a second order and just put a note that says batched with the other order.
can i order before opening hours?
Yes you can! If you know what you want and would like to receive your meal as soon as we open you can place an order and set it to a pick up time that suits you.
If we have special requests?
If you have any dietary restrictions or allergies you will be required to write a note on your order. Notes can be written per item, for example if there is only one item on the order that needs to be gluten free then you can just put a note on that item. If the whole order needs to be gluten free you can just do one note stating the whole order needs to be gluten free.
if the wait time is too long?
Sometimes wait times are longer than usual and we understand not everyone wants to wait too long for their food. If you would like to cancel, give us a call and let us know your order name and we will cancel the order.
how will i know if my order is ready?
Once the order is completed, our staff will mark it as ready on our system, in which you will receive an email saying it is ready for pick up.
What is estimated wait time?
Estimated wait time is not an EXACT time but only a rough guess, factors that can adjust the estimated wait time to be faster or delayed are things such as, order size, order items, special requests and mistakes made in kitchen.
